Custom Ump is owned and operated by Steve Wheeler out of Dallas/Ft Worth Texas. As and umpire for a decade, I know that the first impression you make as you walk on to the field is about 1) being on time (wink wink) and 2) Silently demanding respect by looking sharp. An umpire that has a clean and pressed shirt, pants and shined shoes will automatically set a tone for the game without saying a single word.
