This is the traditional black half-zip baseball and softball umpire jacket (pullover) made for chilly to cold weather with traditional white stripes over the shoulders.
Made by Custom Ump, it is medium weight and has everything you need for your high school and youth tournament games: Water-resistant shell, stand-up collar that can zip up all the way when it turns colder plus a standard elastic waistband. 
This umpire jacket is sized right to accommodate your chest protector when working the plate. If you are wearing it on the bases, simply size down.
